Hi everyone,
I’m completely new to HubSpot and just starting to learn email marketing for my small airport taxi service website. I want to set up a simple and professional email system, but I’m still trying to understand the basics, like:
How to design a clean email
How to send bulk emails to my contacts
How to segment contacts properly (regular customers, corporate bookings, airport transfers, etc.)
How to create a simple welcome/booking confirmation automation
If anyone can share beginner-friendly steps or what you did when you first started using HubSpot, I’d really appreciate the guidance.
Email marketing can be so powerful for your taxi business! There are lots of courses on email marketing in the HubSpot Academy. For designing a clean email, you can start with a template or build your own with the drag and drop editor. Sending in bulk means you'll need to set up segments for sets of people to email at the same time. Segmenting will be based on setting up custom properties to help you identify who should be in which segment.
I'm an email marketing specialist. I'd be happy to chat with you about a few training/consulting hours as you get established in HubSpot. I also provide ongoing email marketing services if that interests you. Hope this helps!
You’re on the right track. HubSpot is very beginner friendly, so start with simple templates and customize them to match your brand. Bulk emails and segmentation are easy once your contacts are organized, and basic automations like welcomes or confirmations can be set up with just a few steps. It gets easier once you explore the dashboard and try a few test sends.
