Hi @SGüler!
If by address you mean domain, I would create a contact- based workflow that triggers by email domain contains and there you can type in the domain or either the emails you'd like to include:
Next step is to create the email on the email marketing tool you'll like to be sent, make sure the email type is automated and once done come back to the workflow to set the next action as ''Send Email''
Note: Please make sure all these contacts are set as marketing contact, otherwise they'll not get the email.
If you are looking to do this for internal communications on your org, there's also a new workflow option to send that to internal team members:
if that's the case, I'll change the enrollment trigger to blank and just place the action to send the email internally - there you'll have the option to select the users you'll like to send the email to.

Hey @SGüler! Thanks for your post. Is there a particular domain you are referring to?
You may be able to set up a workflow to enroll contacts with that email address when they send an email. The email sent to them would have to be a marketing email though.
Feel free to provide more context about the emails and what response you want to send and maybe we can come up with some options!
