How can I skip an action in a set of holiday dates

I have a workflow to send mail series through some event triggered. Now, I want to skip sending email when it's a holiday or out of the working hour. May I set a list of holiday to make a skip on the workflow and how can I do that?

You can specify workflow 'working hours' and holiday dates in the Settings tab of a workflow:
