How can I download a shared template for an emailing?

A designer shared her account with me so I can use the template she designed for me. But I can´t find the way to use this template.

Navigate to the Design Manager in her shared account, find the template you want, click on the Actions option under the Search assets search bar, then click Copy to portal and go through the steps it leads you through.
