How can I change personalization token case in an email?
resolver
Our customer dabatase is, unfortunately, mostly in all caps. I want to send personalized emails, but when selecting first name personalization token this means they appear as "Hi, THOMAS".
Is there any way to change the case? I saw a post from 2018 that indicated it was not possible - not sure if anything has changed since.
If you have an Operations Hub subscription you can do that in HubSpot.
Alternatively, I recommend running an export of your contact database, run a few formulas in Excel or GSheets (ChatGPT is my go-to resource for help with formulas) and do a reimport.

Thank you very much for the reply. reimporting is not a solution at this time unfortunately, as the contacts import automatically from another CRM in that format.
We do actually have operational hub pro, but I am not very familiar with it. Can you point me in the right direction to make a change like this?
Edit: Nevermind - found under data quality and formatting issues. Thank you!
