Helppppp -Cant access emails

Hello Community,

 

I am new to the Hubspot software.  I have sucessfully managed to sign up however I cannot access my opened mail tracking, It keeps telling me that in order to get my first notification that I must send and email to "hello@getsidekick.com", it then directs me to "open Hubspot Sales Web app" and I go there to send the email, however although I have sent the email as requested, still unable to access any notifications.

 

Can someone please tell me what I need to do, I have already checked permissions and have given full permissions for everything, not sure at this point what else I can do????

Same thing is happening to me, the box won't disappear even when I've sent two test emails to that address and they both worked.

@Stealx @KellzOptimistic if this is still happening, can you please let me know your HUBIDs? I will then look into the issue further.
