Help me create a list to send emails

So we have a pipeline in our business tab.
That pipeline it has a stage called: "no responde" in wich I have 257 contacts waiting for me to nourish the though out the month.
I made a business list from that, then I made a contact list from that (that doesnt have 257 I dont know why) and I realized those 257 have different interests. So I should filter them per interest and make differents lists. 
At this point Im lost,
Could you help me?

So This is what I did

Something is off because In the pipeline I only have 259 contacts, and from them I only need the ones who are interests in the "maestria". So they should be less than 381 wich is the list I made. Help!

@EIMO you might not want to share actual contact and deal information in a public forum, I'd recommend blurring that information. cc @CommunityTeam 

The number in a contact-list doesn't necessarily have to match the number of deals. Deals can have 0, 1, or more associated contacts, hence the discrepancy. Also, the same contacts might be associated to multiple deals, theoretically.

Hi @EIMO,

Here's what I recommend you do:

1. Create a contact-based list
2. Click to add a filter, then wait for the left sidebar to expand to the right, then change the 'Filtering on' dropdown from 'Contact (current object)' to 'Deal'
3. Under Deal, continue to add a filter by your pipeline stage 'No responde'
4. Add an additional filter by interest (here steps depend on whether this is a contact or deal property, however the setup above allows for both)

Give it a try and let me know if you're getting stuck. If you do, please share a screenshot of your list criteria.
