Hard bounced organization email domain

Hi, 

I'm testing the CRM, now trying to send an small campaign ( 50 contacts ) , but the error I'm getting only from the contacts on my organization domain "nobbix.com" is:

Hard bounced (Spam)

Rejected by recipient's email security filter

SPAM 554 5.7.1 Email cannot be delivered. Reason: Email detected as Spam by spam filters.

If this is a mistake please have the recipient's IT team make an exception by whitelisting

Hard bounced (Unknown user)

Recipient's email address is invalid, misspelled, or blocking incoming email

UNKNOWN_USER 554 5.2.3 MailPolicy violation Error delivering to mailboxes

We are using Zoho for as a mail provider, and did everything, spend hours try to fix the problem, or seen if it was any particular configuration without succeed

Hi @Nobbix , 

To help prevent your marketing emails from getting caught in spam filters, you can give HubSpot permission to send emails on your behalf by connecting an email sending domain for DKIM (Domain Keys Identified Mail) email authentication.
