Hard bounce behviour for company domain names in list
SOLVE
Hi,
I am in the early stages of using Hubspot. I have contacts with emails, and have been able to send emails to individual contacts without problem, or multiple contacts manually configured.
I tried to do a small marketing email having created a list in which two of the members hold emails with the domain of our account. These emails bounced while the others were sent without a problem.
The error message in both cases was that the email address was invalid.
Is there an issue with including 'home' domain names in email lists?
I am now unable to email to the other colleague in the list from within Hubspot, whereas formally I could.
As a post script, I have created a list in which the contacts with the two contacts with home domains are given new contact ID's with their private email addresses, and this work fine for a mailshot initiated by a contact with our home domain. Communication between the two home domain contacts remains impossible - I beat my head but I don't see the reason 😞
This article is a good point to start. If any of this information answer your question, could you please send me a full screenshot with the message are you getting?

Hi,
I had looked at this, but I did not find a way through it.
The person (Tim) I am sending this to is one of three users of this account. I cannot send emails to myself (although I though I used to be able to do this), but more seriously, I can't send it to Tim. It is only the three users that use the organisational domain.
