HTML Version of email sent

SOLVE

We are trying to build the email archival for transaction emails sent via Hubspot in our back office.

For this, we need an HTML version of the email sent to the contact. Is this available anywhere as a URL or any means we can get this?

Hi @RAR6,

You can access the HTML of a marketing email by navigating to the email (Menu > Marketing > Email), and clicking into the preview field:

A new tab will open. Click right and "Inspect source", this might look differently, depending on your browser:

This is the HTML of your email. With another right click anywhere you should be able to save this to a HTML file:

Hope this helps!

Hello Karsten Köhler,

I am not looking for HTML version of the email template. I am looking for the HTML version of the email delivered to the contact itself.
