Giving customer option to unsubscribe to specific email subscriptions via automatic email

Is there a way the customer/recipiant can check or uncheck boxes saying which email subscription they would like to unsubscribe/subscribe to via automated email when they select unsubscribe? 

I work for a company that has several email subcriptions. Some customers are unscribing to all emails as a whole, but they may be interested in subscribing to another subcribtion we have. For example: 

My business is pet supplies. I have three emails catagories I have subscribed my customers to

1) Dogs

2)Reptiles

3) Birds

I have 10 customers subscribed for the dog catagory, however 1 person suffered a loss and no longer has a dog, but now they adopted a gecko and a bird. They now want to unsubscribe to the dog emials and want to recive reptile and bird emails. Right now when they select a unsubscribe button it kicks them out of everything automatically, instead of giving them the option to check box a email catagory they want or dont want. 

Is this possible in Hubspot? and how do I do this?

HubSpot has a subscription preferences page you can link to in your emails which contains a form where users can select which email subscription types they want to be subscribed to.
