I have created an email under the email marketing tab (starter hub). I don't know how to make it a follow up email for a form I have. While I created the form it does give you the option to create a follow-up email but only from the super simple built-in email creator tool. How do I add the email from the marketing tab to the form?
Follow up emails are not intended to be marketing-driven, in Hubspot they are intended to be personal responses. In your case you would want to use a workflow and trigger it to run on the form submission to send your marketing email.
