Follow up with an email after original has been opened.

Hi, I sent several emails last week, and I can see that some of these have been opened via the 'Activity Feed' dashboard. I was wondering what is the best way to follow up with the emails that have been opened? I went into the contact and was looking for a 'follow up' button, where the original would be shown and I could add a message above it. Is this possible or is there a feature Im failing to see? Thanks!

Hi @rajvalley,

From within the contact record, below the contact's response you will see a button that says "reply" and that will enable you to reply directly to the contact.
