I am creating an email with a personalization token for 'Company name'. However, some of our contacts have filled out the company name form with either things like 'Self', or 'Retired' or 'Not applicable'.
Is there a way to create a filter for the personalization token so that if it sees these terms it shows the default field instead (in this case, 'your company')?
You might also consider using a workflow to copy that built-in company property to another property before clearing its value -- e.g., when 'Self', or 'Retired', or 'Not applicable'. Once cleared, your default personalization token will be applied automatically.

Currently, it isn't possible to add rules to personalisation tokens. If you would like to see this implemented in the future, I would recommend sharing this idea inour ideas forum
