FREE Hubspot is showing email 'opens' but not 'clicks'? HELP!

Good Morning!

So I thought I was on to a winner! I set up a mailer in Word, then created a mail merge, even paid out for the BCC outlook add-on, So I could insure my mail merge copied in the hubspot tracking email. #winning

Unfortunately, for some reason when I go to Notifications, the CRM is only showing if someone has opened or not opened an email. 

Why isn't it registering when someone 'CLICKS' a link in the tracked email?

It seems bonkers? I've run tests, I've checked code. I'M STUMPED.

The free version doesn't provide click notifications, only opens.

Strangely thou I do have access to the prospects list - not that any of them are useful, usually just shows domain providers?  

So the only item of any interest on the upgrade is the clicks. 😞  hmmm....

Yes, the Prospects tool primarily only shows which domains/companies are visiting your site (not sure why it's listed as a paid feature). You can dig down further and view the LinkedIn profile of the company and from there see who works with the company. In my opinion, this is designed for data validation and to track any interesting companies coming to your site...Not much use outside of that.
