Experian Contacts Query

Hi everyone, My company has recent purchased some email contacts from Experian which come with prior permission to send marketing messaged to. I just wanted to know if anyone else has used this style of contact list with Hubspot emailing and if they have had any issues with permissions etc? Thanks in advance for leaving your feedback.

Hi @CBlakelock,

The official answer would be that HubSpot does not allow the import of purchased lists. It violates the acceptable use policy and might get your portal suspended: https://legal.hubspot.com/acceptable-use
