Exclude certain contacts from receiving nurture campaigns
SOLVE
Hello All,
Is there a way to exclude certain contacts from receiving nurture campaigns if these campaigns if these contacts are associated with accounts that have current deals.
Yes, in the marketing email editor you can exclude individual contacts or lists of contacts in the Send or Schedule tab:
For automated emails, you would apply this exclusion in the workflow itself, under Settings > Unenrollment and suppression:
In both sections, you would add an active list like the one below, filtering for deals that are in an open stage (all excluding closed won and closed lost).
Alternatively, you could filter for contacts with Lifecycle stage "Opportunity" as HubSpot automatically marks contacts with an open deal as opportunity.
Hope this helps!
