Error in importing email list

SOLVE

Hi,

This is the first time that I am using this hubspot software. I planning an outbound email campaign.

I tried importing the lists from the csv file and map it. Although the mapping section shows green tick, it throws up some error that I couldn't move forward. Here is the screenshot of the same. Kindly help me to fix this issue

Error in importing email list

Hi @MMurugan,

You should be able to proceed. However, HubSpot seems to see a very large number of columns and you might want to double check whether that's what you're trying to do. Sometimes there are columns that appear to be empty but have space characters, white font etc.

If you have data in columns A through G, for example, select columns H through Z and delete all content in them. Then try the import again.

You should be able to proceed anyway and if you are importing a lot of columns, then that's perfectly fine.

Hope this helps!
