Enriching contact properties via link

Hi folks,

we would like to email a small survey after an event. Something like "How was it?" and answers such as 1, 2, and 3. If the recipient clicks on one of them, HubSpot will store this accordingly in the contact properties. So we need something like a link with parameters, "www.sample_link.com/parameter=1".
I couldn't find any suitable information on this. Is that possible in HubSpot? Any help or tip is really welcome!

Yes it is possible to create such thing with the help of custom survey

Navigate to surveys
Select feedback surveys
Click on create surveys under custom surveys
You can select the question of your choice

It will ask you to create feedback submission property and the responses will automatically be saved there in your CRM
