SOLVEI'm using this report to analyze some email data, however I realise it is not displaying things correctly.
The email was sent to send 7.45pm timezone but I realise the report is using hubspot account time, therefore does anyone know how to get some meaningful insight into open rates by time when using timezones?

Could you elaborate which visualization exactly you're looking for?
If you want a report that "normalizes" the open time by time zone (e.g. an open appears at 8am in the chart for a first contact opens an email in the US at 8am but also for a second contact opens an email in Japan at 8am), then this is currently not possible.
