Emojis in a ticket

How can I add an emoji into the body of a ticket (email) please? I remember seeing the release note for this and it was as shortcut but I can't find that now.

 

This is when working in the ticket itself, not in a conversation.

While there isn't a native ability to insert emojis in Ticket names, Sales emails or any of these tools the suggestion above to copy and paste emojis to insert them is the best workaround I can see at this point.

I understand that you want to add an emoji in the body of a sales email, is that correct?

I checked for you and for the moment you have the functionality to add emojis to the subject line of a marketing email

For sales email, I have found this similar idea already submitted: "Emoji / Emoticons for Sales Emails".

I'd recommend supporting the Idea with an upvote and explaining your use case in the comments. Our product team uses that forum to collect ideas on how we can improve the product for our customers.

Product pays particular attention to the top voted ideas & takes them into consideration along with other feedback channels as well as their own vision to understand what features will be most valuable.

Otherwise, have you tried to copy and paste emoji's?
If you look up emoji's online and paste it in your sales email, it might work.

I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation @Ben_M, @FCorbaci and @NicoleSengers, can you think of other ways to help @KFitzsimmons, please?

Thanks for coming back to me and for the information. I don't do Sales emails, it's just normal customer emails through HS. When the release note came out about adding emojis, it said there was a shortcut you could use to add an emoji into the body of the email. I now can't find that release note and unfortunately can't remember the shortcut. 

 

I tried it when it first came out and it worked but as I can't remember the shortcut and there's no emoji button, I can't use it now, which is a shame. I've tried different options for the shortcut but nothing works.

I found this video for you "HubSpot's Emojis Tips and Tricks: Enhance Your Data Visualization with Emojis" where these commands are mentioned to add emojis:

Mac: control + command + space

Windows: windows key + .

That's perfect thanks so much and exactly what I was looking for. I've now made a note of the shortcut so I don't forget it! 😀
