Emails keep bouncing - Simply.com hosting

SOLVE

Hi

We use Simply.com as a web and mail host and now one of our mail accounts keeps getting bounced and blocked by the receivers.

 

I have added this to my DNS, but without any luck:

 

TXT
@

v=spf1 include:spf.simply.com include:140451633.spf01.hubspotemail.net -all

Also I have added the Brand Domain in Hubspot.

Please help 🙂

Okay, and what is the bounce message. What is the reason you are being told these emails are bouncing?

 

If you have a paid subscription, I would strongly recommend logging a ticket with HubSpot Support as they will be able to "look under the hood" and provide insights beyond what we are able to from the Community.

Are you talking about marketing emails or 1-2-1 emails, it's not 100% clear?

If it is marketing emails, what bounce reasons/messages are you seeing in the email tool?

It's emails sent from HubSpot Inbox to clients.

 

Only a problem with 1 of the accounts out of 4.
