I have a issue with my Marketing email. I want to send a Newsletter and I have created the list so everything is ready to go. I got 3114 in total, but when I tried to send the Newsletter there are 494 contacts missing. Could you please ssist me? Thanks
Hi @housetogrow! Those 494 contacts could be opted out of marketing emails, or could've previously bounced. If you take a closer look at a couple of them, you may find a commonality that is preventing HubSpot from treating them as eligible to receive marketing emails.
