Emailing customers who have not placed an order in a while

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has faced similar difficulty in setting up a workflow to email customers who haven't purchased in a while.

I've tried multiple avenues; setting up a delay after a customer reached a deal stage, setting up a customer "Order Date" custom property, and neither of them have worked quite how I want them to.

It seems to be a really simple tool that other email marketing softwares have built in as an option, but I'm finding myself going through loops.

Any help would be really appreciated!

(Recent deal close date: the date of the last associated deal that was closed as won.)
