The unsubscribe button on our latest marketing email (newsletter) is not working. The unsubscribe page redirects to: There was a problem loading the page. Please try opening the link in a different browser. In the meantime, reach out directly to the company to update your subscription preferences.
One of our marketing contacts pointed this out to us, and it is not working for me either. (I've tried deleting cache + trying another browser, same issue).
I don't believe we've had issues with our unsubscribe before. And I do note that 8 people did successfully unsubscribe from the list following this email.
Here's our subscription preferences, if I preview any of these pages, they seem fine. I don't know what is causing this.
Please let me know how I can fix this. (Note: I have no coding knowledge).
I found the solution from @danmoyle on this similar post "Mail unsubscribe link doesn't work" that might be of interest since, in this case, it seems the issue was with an Outlook error potentially.
From what you describe, it does seem to be an issue with the email of the contacts, since some of them have unsubscribe successfully. Unless there was an issue only for a brief moment, as described on this post "Unsubscribe Link Error" by @jolle.
