Email spacing issue - Outlook

Hi all, hoping someone has some advice here. We started with HubSpot (Enterprise) at the end of last year and until a couple days ago have had no problems with how our emails (drag & drop editor) appear in Outlook, but as of earlier this week, the spacing is totally off and our mailings now look spammy and just plain bad. 

We MUST continue to use the drag and drop editor, not code, as we have 12 markets who have to produce their own content (mails, landingpages, etc.) in 8 languages and need to utilise HubSpot "self-service" as relative beginners. It appears that the spacing is most impacted when we have two-column content (e.g. an image next to text) in the emails but the spacing between lines of text is also a bit funky.

Hoping this is just a temporary Outlook glitch but if there is anything specific we can look into, please drop your tips in the comments! Thanks in advance.

Have you tried sending your emails to preview tools such as litmus?

Hi @kate_unite, I'm not aware of any major/general issue on HubSpot's side so maybe it's something that only impacts your account. 

To be honest wiht you, without being able to see the emails and do some proper research is hard to know what could be the issue 🤔

Is this issue only affecting Outlook? My suggestion is, before sending the email, try the Preview mode using different email clients and see if it breaks for Outlook and the rest of clients. If it's only Outlook, then it might be some sort of configuration in Outlook. 

Since you have an Enterprise account, I recommend you to reach out to HubSpot's support as they will be able to file a ticket for their teams to help you investigate and solve the problem. It won't be an inmediate fix but they will have access to your account and will be able to help you sort out the issue.

Hi @albertsg , thanks for the quick reply. I have reached out to customer support but the first (auto)response was to check within the "inbox preview" as well - everything looks fine there. The second was to check the community as well, so here we are. Hoping it is just my inbox but always good to know if others are experiencing the same issue.
