Email sending lock

I accidentially added a category in an email I sent that was the default setting for all new email contacts.  So of course a bunch bounced.  But now it seems I can't ever send another email ever again through the system.  That seems pretty harsh for something that was done by accident.  Is there any way to get this unlocked besides paying.  I'm a solo business owner and can't afford to uprade.

If you're seeing a notice that email sending is suspended, and permanently so, then that exactly is unfortunately the case. This decision cannot be appealed and the tool will remain blocked. You can continue to user other tools in HubSpot.

 

(Don't shoot the messenger.)

That seems like a really harsh policy. Instead of making me inclined to upgrade, it's making me inclined to seek alternatives and you lose a potential future customer. All because I didn't realize that I had included the default option on a filter which was completely accidental. I would understand if it was clearly intentional, but this was not.

@alleycatbabe47 I don't work for HubSpot, this is a user to user community. I agree that this should be made more clear.

It's not really about making it more clear.  I think one and done is way too restrictive.  Especially for those testing out the software and features.  At least let someone to be able to appeal it.  Because all this is making me do is to find alternatives other then their software and pushing me to not use theirs which makes them lose money in the end.
