Email prospects that haven't engaged in X days

Hey there,

How would I make a list of people that haven't opened an email within the last month? Am not seeing anything other than individual email selections... but even then i'm unable to select 'did not open email'.

Thoughts?

Hey @NZiech-Lopez !

When building your list rather than choosing 'Marketing Emails' on the first screen which makes you choose an individual email, choose 'contact properties'.

Then search the word 'email' and you'll see a number of options such as 'last email open date' or 'last email click date' and you can select a timeframe or date that it is greater than.
