Email newsletter link problem

SOLVE
When  I create a marketing marketing email newsletter in HubSpot, it creates an email link

The link works on a computer but does not if someone clicks on it using a mobile phone.
I shared the link on LinkedIn and it works fine, off the computer. I just sent the email link to myself - opens on computer (gmail and outlook) but on my samsung phone directs me to HubSpot login page. My wife has same issue with her iphone

Email newsletter link problem

Hi @SBDGrowth,

The "View email" link is an internal link. The shareable link should work without being logged in. This should work in the free subscription but, again, it's also a temporary link and not for sharing on social media.

So we have Marketing Hub Professional. I still cannot open links on my iphone. They open just fine on my desktop. Is there a solution to this?

Hi @RMuguerza,

Could you confirm that you're trying to access the web version of said email?

Email newsletter link problem

Hi @SBDGrowth,

There are different types of preview links and it sounds like you copied the one that requires an account in your HubSpot portal. Did you copy the link from the address bar after clicking "View email"?

For a shareable link, in the email editor click Actions > Preview > Copy shareable link. That link should look something like this: hs-sites.com/-temporary-slug As you can see, it's a temporary link and not meant for permanent sharing on social media.

A permanent web version of your marketing email is a feature limited to Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise, see here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/create-a-web-version-of-your-marketing-email

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the reply. Coupl more questions if I may:

1) Yes I did in fact copy the link from the address bar after clicking "View email". I was suggested to do so by HubSpot.

This link works fine on any computer - just not on a mobile device. Any idea why tha tmay be?

2) I will try the shareable link suggestion you made and see if tha thelps. Thanks

3) I do in fact have the free version so tha tmay ultimaltey be my issue

Thanks,
