Email images look blurry after upload to HubSpot. How do I prevent compression?
SOLVE
Hi all, I’m sending a newsletter with product screenshots. The originals are high quality, but once I upload them to HubSpot and add them to the email they look blurry, like they were compressed. We do not have public URLs, so images must live in HubSpot Files.
How are you keeping images crisp in emails with this setup? Any settings or workflows that stop the auto compression?

Hi @MElrubi - I’m not sure what image format you were using, but I use the .PNG format. I keep the size of the image twice the size of the email, which is essentially a 1200px wide image. It works perfectly fine in emails. Have you tried this? If you're using an HTML editor instead of the image module, you can disable automatic image resizing using the ?noresize parameter as suggested in this article.

I understand that your images are being compressed in Marketing emails and you are looking for a way to prevent this.
I'd like to tag in some of our Top Contributors to see if they have any workarounds -- Hi @GeorgeBThomas@louischausse and @NicoleSengers Do any of you have any tips or tricks on how to prevent this for @MElrubi?
Thank you!
