Email creation error

Hi, this is my first time using HubSpot and I have a new account. I've been trying to create my first marketing email and whenever I choose a free template, I get an error that says:

Something went wrong

A new email could not be created. Please try again later.

I've tried doing this in Chrome, even in Incognito Mode, and I still get the same error. I need this fixed asap so please assist. Thank you so much!

If you're not a Super Admin in your account, could you please check if you have "write" and "publish" permission for marketing emails? You can check this by going:

1. ⚙ > Users & Teams
2. Click on your user name
3. "Marketing" > "Marketing access"
4. "Email" > Check the box under "write" and "publish"
   

If you already have these permissions and still get that error, could you try these troubleshooting steps?

1. Clearing your browser cache and cookie 
2. Using different browsers (Safari, Firefox) 

After taking these steps, do you get the same error?
