I don't know if it is possible. But, can we send a newsletter/e-mail containing button/CTA to a landing page where the current contact can update their information? If it is possible, will it create a duplicate contact? Or is there an easier way for a contact to update their information?
I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi @MWanson ,
You can achieve your desired result with the help of workflow. What you need to do is to create a CTA that you want to use and then go to workflows.
Here’s a video for your help. But you need to set the criterias on your own about what should happen when somebody clicks the button.

Hi @MWanson hope you are doing well.
When a contact that you already have in the CRM submits a new form with info
that info gets updated (you can always see the history in the property)
So if its using the same email, no duplicate 'll be created.
You can opt to show the contact the information you already have
with this option in your form
for them to confirm or change it.
See this example: check that Yellow is off and red is on
Form info submission_HubSpot_Andimol
Hope this helps
Have a good day!
