Is it possible to send an email as part of a campaign to a larger list of contacts? I want to send around 750 emails, but I'm worried that sending them through Outlook will cause issues with our domain. I don't want to get blocked/shutdown, but there must be a way to send marketing emails in bulk (I have a workflow set up). Is it possible to have the emails sent through a HubSpot IP address so it's sepreate to Outlook - if yes, how would I set this up?

@Hollybishop No, if you followed the documentation, this will not be sent from your Outlook. Outlook is a client, not an email service provider. In the background, there is an email service provider wich you connect and authenticate. These emails are not sent as 1:1 emails from Outlook.
If you've authenticated your domain and have never sent a bulk marketing email before, I recommend breaking your sends in smaller chunks, 100, 250, 500 and work your way up.
If you're starting out, you also want to avoid by any means hard bounces. Email verification tools like Neverbounce or Zerobounce can help with identifying bad emails.

So I have added an email sending domain but won't this still send from our Outlook account. Then if we're sending out 750 emails at once won't our domain get blocked instantly?

@karstenkoehler Okay, thank you! Yes, I'm very new to all of this - I'm not sure what DNS , SPF, DMARC, or DKIM settings are so I'm going to have to look into this further 🙂
