Email access suspended

Hi there,

 

I got my access to sending emails is now blocked, it is not giving me option to raise a ticket as well. It was my first marketing campaign and hence few emails hard bounce. 

 

Is there anyway, I can get it unlocked?

Email suspensions due to exceeding HubSpot's acceptable thresholds in HubSpot Marketing Free accounts cannot be remediated. Email sending will remain locked moving forward. You may continue to use other tools available on the HubSpot platform, including 1:1 email sends through the CRM and your connected inbox. Learn more about this here

We take marketing email and deliverability very seriously. To help users get marketing emails to the primary inbox, we have automated deliverability protection systems designed to help maintain a healthy network reputation and high rates of email deliverability for users. If our systems have detected an abnormally high hard bounce rate on recent email campaigns in an account,  portal level protection actions will cause the account to be suspended from sending marketing emails.

Hi Pam,

this is really redicoulus as nothing pops up before we do email campaign, if these things are really serious for hubspot.

 

Anyways, what are my options?
