Email UTMs overwriting with Hubspot email automation
We have subscribers coming from different resources which we want to keep as the contact's UTMs. When a Hubspot email automation sequence is sent the UTMs are changed by Hubspot, How do we prevent this and keep the old UTMs in place? And then - what would be the recommended way to know what is the conversion rate of our emails?

Just go to Settings --> Marketing --> Email --> Tracking and click on "Add source tracking only if no existing tags in the URL". This will allow you to keep your UTM parameters, but if they don't exist then hubspot will add automatically.
With that said, UTMs are NOT a contact's source, but rather they are a source of the session for that contact. There are original source fields and I would always recommend clients do a most recent value as well to track this value somewhere it will not be overwritten if you want to know where prospects were driven from.
