Email Tracking: Track Deal Created

resolver

Hi team,

It'd be great to include a "Deal Created" metric in the email marketing dashboard so we could track whether or not our email campaign drove a transaction and conversion. Hoping that should be a quick feature to implement!

Email Tracking: Track Deal Created

Hi,

This is an interesting point and I think this kind of report would be very useful within a dashboard. However, I don't think this is currenlty possible but a way to check your email campaigns and how many deals its generated is totally possible through the campaign tool.

If you have HubSpot enterprise, if you go to Marketing > Planning & Strategy > Campaigns. Here you'll need to create a campaign and associated all emails with that campaign to then report on a campaign basis. Here it will also show you how many deals were closed won and the attributed revenue from here. But not how many deals were created. To be able to find this information, you may have to create a list of contacts who recieved the email and then filter by if associated deals is known within that time frame.

Please let me know if that was useful and whether you have any further questions.

Thanks,
