Hello, I just received a message that my email has been stopped due to high bounce rate. I am only sending to opted in contacts, and I also used emailable to remove any bad email addresses before sending. I have created a hard bounce list. What do I need to do next? How can I resume sending without being suspended?
For free CRM accounts the email tool will remain locked after sending is suspended, unfortunately. Only paid accounts (Marketing Hub Starter or higher) can appeal the suspension.
With a free CRM account, while the email tool will remain locked, you can continue to use the other tools in HubSpot.
