Email Marketing mail shots not showing opened.

Hi, am running free versions and have tried a couple of email marketing mailshots. Can see the emails have been delivered, but sseing one as opened... which is not myself (I include a spare email address I have to confirm it had been sent). I am using Macmail, could this be an issue?

Also, the weird thing is...it shows someone has clicked a link, but nobody has opened the email!

Thoughts?

Apple Mail's privacy features can lead to results of the reporting being inaccurate. There are other privacy instances online that can alter your results as well. As a result, it doesn't matter whether you use Hubspot or another provider, these types of results are becoming a new normal to protect privacy of users at the expense of marketers. There really isn't much you can do outside of aligning systems to understand what you are getting. For instance, comparing web traffic to your click traffic.
