Email Footer Requirement?

Hi there!

My name is Jake, I'm a Marketing Manager for a collection of different businesses - all franchises of the same company. My HubSpot platform is used across 6 different regional offices, all with different company names and addresses. Is there a way that I can create a dynamic email footer to use in one email, instead of having to create multiple versions of the same email for each region?

I'm running into an issue where, due to default company information being required, I can't edit the Company Name or Address in the footer without it telling me that the "email footer is required" -- which won't allow me to send. It appears as though my only workaround is to clone an email, edit the footers individually, then manually send it each time. 

Is there any solution to this?

Below Marketing Hub Enterprise, there's only footer and that is required in emails.

As far as workarounds go, none of them are satisfying:

• Update footer information between email sends
• Include the franchise information as freely editable text above the company information

Hi, I am also running into a similar issue and am planning to update the footer each email I send. My question is:

What kind of future problems am I potentially creating for myself? Will changing the footer several times a month or even a week effect data tracking or collection? Or does it not have much of an effect back end?
