Email Editor not Loading

Hi All,

Attempting to create some simple emails to send to our member list, and am completely unable to use the tools here. Starts to load up, and the UI stays grayed-out, and the "preview" doesn't load and shows the sad page icon. I have cleared cache, history, all browsing data on 2 different browsers (Edge and Chrome), have disabled all extensions on both, essentially everything recommended by the community and the bot. I'm on a higher-end video editing laptop with gigabit internet, so it shouldn't be hardware/network speed related. New, free account, have yet to send any emails (because I can't get this to work). Is there anything I'm missing or need to be trying? Thanks.

Hi, I have the same issue. I'm the only member of my team, I've used Hubspot for newsletters the past year, but suddenly I just get these grey blocks and no way to edit. If I clone a previous newsletter, it shows the previous version, but it's grey, can't scroll down and I can't click anything. I hope this gets resolved soon, as I've been trying to send it for over a week now with no results...

When you're navigating to Menu > Marketing > Email, are you seeing a banner or notice?

No banners or notices are on that screen.

@WFPAMC -- I apologize for any frustration this has caused. Can you verify that your user also has edit and publish permissions for Marketing email tools?
