Email Automation through workflows not working

Hi, 

I am trying to create a workflow to automate my emailing process.

I have created a few workflows including branches and triggers that include mail delivery and mail opening via clients.
The mail that is delivered do not always follow the logic while the delivery.
I am not sure if there is a problem with the enrollment of users in the workflow or something else.

What have you set up, how are you testing this? What are you expecting to happen, what is happening? Can you share screenshots of the workflows?
