If I have created a newsletter but my colleague wants to edit it, is there a way I can grant them access to edit it?

Hi @ceesalt
If your colleague's Hubspot user account (i.e. your colleague has been added as a user in your portal) has a minimum of Marketing->Email->Write access they should be able to edit your newsletter's content.
For details on how to manage user permissions see: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/settings/hubspot-user-permissions-guide#marketing

Hi there,
Does your colleague have a HubSpot user account? If you want them to edit your HubSpot generated newsletter directly inline (assuming it is an email), then it might be easiest to create a HubSpot account for them that allows email editing permissions. Then, send them the link to the email in HubSpot and they can edit as desired.
If you'd only like them to see a preview of the email and provide you edits in another way (via email, for example), then I would suggest sending a link to the shareable preview in the Email editor: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/cos-general/how-will-my-hubspot-content-appear-on...
Hope that helps!
