When a user requests their data is deleted we receive the standard 'Confirm your delete request' email. This email isn't branded as per our standard email template design/branding. The only option is the business logo at the top of the email.
I've tried to edit the privacy-center-delete-2FA.html file that houses the html code for the email however, the file states that it can't be edited.
So the question is, can I clone, and edit, the html file to a specific folder location where it overrides the standard privacy-center-delete-2FA.html file?
Hey @JLane1 thank you for posting in our Community!
If you are on a single account with super admins and your email isn't shared across multiple accounts, an email will be sent to one of your super admins to begin the reset process. You will receive an email with a code. You must share this code with one of your super admins to have your 2FA reset. This email is sent by HubSpot and cannot be edited.
I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real time assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screenshare if necessary.
Thanks for that but I think that we're possibly talking about two different things here, I want to physcially change the email that the user receives after they have requested deletion. I've attached an image for reference.
