EMAIL SIGNATURE

Hi,

I'm new in the HubSpot Community but, I used to consult too much to resolve any issues I have in HubSpot.

I'm trying to set up the signature below as an email signature in HubSpot but, whatever I do, it never looks like the picture.
I tried to copy and paste, coding in HTML... I used the Free Email Signature tool but, it's not suited for our requirements.

Can anyone help me?

Cheers.

Silvia.

Hi @SSolaSanchez,

Could you specify what the discrepancy is exactly between the expected outcome and what you're seeing?

Something that usually works is:

Highlighting and copying the original signature from a sent email of yours (in your email client)

Pasting it into the left section of this HTML editor (after removing the dummy content in the editor)

Copying the HTML code from the right section of the editor

Pasting the code in HubSpot (see screenshot below)

If you have the HTML from your signature already, that would of course be even better.

Let me know if any of these steps is unclear.

Best regards!

Hi @SSolaSanchez ,

The signature actually looks okay to me. However, to answer your question, aside from our free email signature tool, if we wish to code a signature directly from HTML, we would require the customer(You) to work with a web designer (: That's because it would require the customer to have to change the HTML code specifically and a web designer will be best fitted for that!

Hope this helps!
