Drag & drop not working on Chrome on a Lenovo tablet

Hi!

Recently I acquired a tablet to work, but when I am working in the Email Marketing tool in Chrome the Drag & Drop functionality is not working. It shows that a content element can be dragged, but when I try it does not move. I also tried with connecting a bluetooth mouse, but no success either. And yes, I have tried existing and new templates; none of them work. 

Anyone knows what to do?

Note: it is a Lenovo Tab 10 with the latest Chrome version installed

Have you tried a different browser? If it works in a different browser, could you try clearing your cache / cookies in Chrome and deactivating all extensions?

Tried Microsoft Edge and Chrome without extensions and cleared cookies, but no success either unfortunately.
