I need help regarding the mobile display of my newsletters.
Here’s how I proceed when creating them : I first design a version for desktop and then check the mobile display. If necessary, I adjust the elements to ensure proper positioning.
My issue : the display during mobile editing and the preview before sending are completely different.
As a result, my formatting becomes unsuitable.
As you can see in the photos, this mainly concerns words that
become overly spaced and sentences that are incorrectly broken.
Why is there such a difference ? Why is the preview and final result not the same as during the editing process ?
Could you explain to me in detail the exact steps to fix this issue ?
Hello @ACHRISTOPHE. Couple of things I'm seeing that will cause issues.
In this line there's a space between the "n" and the ! which should not be there. Remove the space and the exclamation point will stay attached to Kitchen.
In your next image the headline is right aligned when everything else if left aligned. Change the alignment of that one line and it will flow better also.
I'm guessing you've been staring at all this so long that you just can't see some of these small issues. I get that way, too. Ask a team member to look at your work and proof read it and I'm sure they'll help you see these issues.

Hello Crystal, thanks for your response. Unfortunately, that's not what I'm talking about. Those spaces and alignments are intentional, and they don't explain why the mobile display changes the positions and spacing between lines in the preview, whereas this doesn't happen during the design of the mobile version.
No, this does not solve the problem. As mentioned, the display is perfect during the design phase. The chosen line spacing is correct. Please refer to my screenshots—you can clearly see that the layout during design and in the final preview is completely different. That's what I don't understand.
