Dark Mode

SOLVE

We have a customer who sent an email and when the CEO viewed the email in dark mode, the text was purple.  

 

How can we prevent this from happening in the future?

Before sending, you can preview an email in dark mode: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/preview-how-your-email-designs-will-appear-in-dark-mod...

 

I'd recommend testing this affected email against a few email clients and previewing it (you can always clone to re-access the email client preview feature) and identify what exactly led to text showing as purple. Once you've identified the issue, you can fix it for future emails.
