Custom Form Submission Notification with ONLY Most Recent Submission

Hi all,

I have what may be an impossible question. Currently we have custom notifications for form submissions. We would like these notifications to only show information submitted on the most submission. They are set up as follows:

name: [name personalization token]

email: [email personalization token]

comments: [comments personalization token]

etc.

What we're looking for is: if a value was submitted for one of those token, it should display. If a value was not submitted, we do not want anything to display, even if there is historical data/an existing value.

Any suggestions?

Hi @NL 

This may not be a solution, but one thing you could try is each time a property is submitted, copy the value in to a clone property and clear the original. This way you can have cookies and pre-population turned on on your forms, but have certain properties always appear blank - this would carry over to the submission notification too. 

This assumes you have access to workflows.
