Which has a step for connecting a domain that references a screen that looks like this and has a check box for Sales & Service email tracking.
Do you recall going through all this to set up the click tracking domain? Mine has been set up for eons and I'm not even sure if I did it. I'm going to have to go review mine.

Just a thought...but does this work on emails sent from a Contact Record or from an email platform from Outlook? Or does it only work on emails sent via the Marketing Email tool?
I'm looking at various emails I've sent and noticing that I'm only seeing my Click Tracking Domain used in links within Marketing Emails. Links in emails sent via a Contact Record or via Outlook don't have the custom Click Tracking domain being used at all. I only ever see our internal link protector which goes to the destination URL. <-- This is why click tracking isn't happening the way it does for a Marketing Email.
The help article on this subject (Set up site tracking in HubSpot) is not explicit about which emails these tracking domains will apply to. It just talks about email in general and does not specify.
@kennedyp can you clarify this and help us understand if links in Sales Emails should have click tracking same as Marketing Emails?
Thanks!

Hi @MohitAgarwal! Welcome to the Community-- happy to have you here 😊
I believe one click-tracking domain is available for all products, so your trial shouldn't affect that. Are these domains from new marketing emails created after connecting your click-tracking domain? Additionally, are you seeing that link preview from within your email inbox specifically?
Best,
Kennedy

Hi @kennedyp, Thanks for looking into my request and good to be part of the community 🙂
Few quick comments:
- I am looking at adding custom tracking domain for tracking clicks to any links in marketing emails.
- The domains in 1st and 2nd screenshot above are after I added / connected my custom domain. For click tracking, it was initially a different hubspot domain
- The 3rd screenshot / link preview is appearing same in both sender mail box (while sending) and receiver mail box. It doesn't show my custom tracking domain 😕.
- Worth noting that when I send email from Hubspot CRM / Web application, it doesn't convert the link into tracking URL and as such isn't tracked even when the recepient clicks on the link. However, when I am sending the email through Outlook App (with Hubspot Plug-in Installed), it converts the link into tracking link (Hubspot tracking link and not the custom tracking link) and is also reflecting in contact activities when the recepient clicks on the link.
Any guidance on resolving this would be much appreciated.
Thanks for that additional context, @MohitAgarwal! I'd like to invite, @Gaurav_Aggarwal, @alyssamwilie, and @Crystal_Hopper to this thread to see if they can provide any troubleshooting advice! Hey y'all-- any expertise with click tracking domains to share?
Best,
Kennedy
