Creating dynamic day of the week variables

I am setting up some sequences and am trying to determine if there is a way to create a dynamic day of week variable? For example: "Do you have time to speak on [insert business day +3 days from now]."  I know in other standalone prosecting tools this is an option, but I can't find it in Hubspot.

Have you set up meetings link @jackbr4? When you have a meetings link set up, you can add proposed times, which the recipient can choose on that's convenient for them. It's not exactly what you asked, but since schedules change, this would be my suggestion. It looks like this:
